Wow look, Anny is back in business with the The Legend of Zelda!
I got so much positive feedback for my Savior of Hyrule here that I just couldn't give up with the Zelda-theme for good. Also my dear
linked me a huge album of official LoZ concept art, how could you not be inspired after seeing that?
The piece itself might be quite simple, but my main point was to make a speedpaint video out of The Legend of Zelda. Go ahead and watch, it turned out pretty nicely!:

The actual idea came first like my speedpaint videos usually begin: From the song. Mitch Grassi himself was listening this track on spotify, and since he always listens to flawless music and it had a Zelda-themed name I had to give it a go. I fell in love. I always liked the original Deku tree -tune, and this one had the same atmosphere with a little more action. I just always love to see how this game inspires tons of beautiful creations.
So I decided to make a video of Link... But why this kind of, really not to any game related Link? It's inspired by these official sketches: www.flickr.com/photos/historyo… Just see by yourself how badass they look like. Dang I hope they'll use that kind of design one day. Had to give a try for something like them.

When I saw this, I immediately knew that this was based on that Hyrule Warriors concept art of him!
One thing I especially have to mention is how I REALLY love how you tied in the Medallions from Ocarina of Time as a necklace for him. That was so damn cool and nifty of a design cue there.
